Forrest Norman Rashall, 78, of Nederland, died Monday, March 18, 2013.  He was born on February 3, 1935, in Bon Weir, to Pansey Berniece Burkett Rashall and Reverend W.A. Rashall.  He was a retired supervisor at DuPont Beaumont Works.   

Survivors include his wife, Vivian “Susie” Eason Rashall; children, Roger Rashall and his wife, Cindy of Nederland; Gary Rashall and his wife, Stacee, of Kountze; and Paula Jeans, and her husband, Daniel, of Nederland; grandchildren, Rocky, Blake, Amber, Michael, Hannah, Nathaniel, April, Lance, Angel, Susi, and John; great-grandchildren, Chasidy, Ian, Kashton, Kai, Canyon, Layden, Taylor, Josh, Slade, Justin, Evelyn, and Abel; brothers, Dennis Rashall and Terry Rashall, both of Silsbee; and Charlie Rashall of Crosby; and sister, Sherry McGallion of Silsbee.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

The family would like to give special thanks to The Apostolic Church of Beaumont and Nederland Apostolic Church for their love and support during Forrest’s illness.

A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at The Apostolic Church, 3333 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont.  His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2013, at the church, with interment to follow at R.S. Farmer Cemetery, Silsbee.
