Frances Jean Holmes, 82, of Silsbee, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013.  She was born on May 1, 1930, in Hicksbaugh, to Delma Satterwhite Jordan and John Jordan.

Survivors include her son, Loyd Holmes and his wife, Sherri, of Silsbee; daughter, Peggy Mai and her husband, Luan, of Beaumont; grandson, Robert Loyd Watts and his wife, Victoria, of Silsbee; great-grandson, Colby Loyd Watts of Silsbee; and sister, Nelda McKee of Silsbee.

A gathering of Mrs. Holmes’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Silsbee.
