Sarah Bethany Comstock, 19, of Lumberton, died Monday, February 18, 2013.  She was born on April 29, 1993, in Fort Erwin, California, to Jennifer Navarro Sanchez Comstock and Michael V. Comstock.  She was a 2011 graduate of Lumberton High School and attended Lamar University.  Sarah was employed at Pappadeaux Restaurant in Beaumont.

Survivors include her parents; sisters, Savannah Comstock and Sophia Comstock; grandparents, Dolores N. Sanchez of San Antonio and Virginia Comstock of Rancho Cucamonga, California; uncles, Richard Sanchez and his wife, Sandy, of Mico; John Comstock and his wife, Cindy; George Comstock; aunt, Debbie King; and numerous cousins.  She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Alphonso Sanchez and Frank Comstock.

A Rosary will be recited at 5:00 p.m., with a gathering of Sarah’s family and friends to follow until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 243 South LHS Drive, Lumberton, with interment to follow at Hardin Memorial Park, Silsbee.
