Mary Louise Heufelder, 79, of Beaumont, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 10, 2013, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of the area, she was born on January 6, 1934, to Bertha and Abel Gaudet.

Survivors include her children, Kary Burnham and her husband, Larry; Fritz “Butch” Heufelder, Jr. and his wife, Euphemia; and Renee Watkins and her husband, Keith; beloved grandchildren, Jason, Chelsea, Shelly, Justin, Kristal, Keith Alan, Tiffany, and Caleb; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fritz Otto Heufelder; and daughter, Sheryl Lynn Frazier.

A gathering of Mrs. Heufelder’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
