Tommy Lance Hebert 
December 2, 1940 - February 1, 2013

Tommy Lance Hebert, 72, of Wildwood, died Friday, February 1, 2013, at Memorial Hermann Hospital, Houston. After a long and courageous fight he was called home to rest. He was born on December 2, 1940, in Port Arthur, to Florence and Harry Hebert, and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Tommy was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was employed as a welder for DuPont Beaumont Works before his retirement in 1995.

 

Tommy is survived by his wife, Roberta Hebert of Wildwood; son, Lance Hebert and his wife, Tina, of Port Neches; daughters, Stephanie Mansfield and her husband, Clint, of Vidor and Christine Provost and her husband, Rick, of Port Neches; grandchildren, Corey Hoelzer and his wife, Meagan, Brandon Provost, Kara Mansfield, Harley Hebert, and Maddi Parkerson; great-grandsons, Lance and Chaz Hoelzer; brothers, Kent Hebert and his wife, Brenda and Rus Hebert and his wife, Renette; and sisters, Nancy Hocker and her husband, Bill and Lona Hebert.

 

He is preceded in death by his father, Harry John Hebert; and mother, Florence Sybil Hebert.

 

A gathering of Mr. Hebert’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at Broussard’s, Nederland.
