Thomas Edgar Cuniff, 78, of Fannett, died Friday, January 18, 2013, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on February 2, 1934, in Humble, to Josie Adams Cuniff and Carl “Sonny” Cuniff, and had been a longtime resident of Fannett. Throughout his career, Thomas had the opportunity to travel all over the world.

He is survived by his wife of over thirty years, Elsa Cuniff; children, Anita Cuniff and Thomas Cuniff; granddaughter, Ariana Cuniff; sisters, Peggy Craigen and Debbie Buchholz; and brother, Carl “Shorty” Cuniff.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Cuniff’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 21, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Landrum Cemetery, Fannett.
