Billy Jack Sanford, 60, of Beaumont, died Monday, January 14, 2013. A native of Beaumont, he was born on September 7, 1952, to Mary Bizzell Sanford and Edwin Sanford.

Survivors include his wife, Melanie Sanford, of Beaumont; children, Aubrey Spicer and her husband, Chuck, of Louisiana; Eric Sanford of Dayton; Devon Carroll and his wife, Amanda, of Beaumont; Billy Jack Sanford, Jr. of Port Neches; and Danielle Foret of Beaumont; eight grandchildren; brother, Charles Sanford and his wife, Debbie, of Beaumont; and many other loving family members.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Edwin Sanford; and brother, Bob Sanford.

A gathering of Mr. Sanford’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, Vidor.
