Marylon Abercrombie Dumatrait 
July 22, 1939 - January 9, 2013

 

Mary Lynn “Marylon” Abercrombie Dumatrait, 73, of Tomball and formerly of Fred, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. She was born on July 22, 1939, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Sybil Mae Godwin and William Murphy.

 

Survivors include her children, Billy Abercrombie of Beaumont; Julie Eicher and her husband, Jeff, of Tomball; and Patrick Abercrombie and his wife, Stephanie, of The Woodlands; grandchildren, Billy and Logan Abercrombie both of Beaumont; Timothy Amanollahi of Waller; Katie Dunbar of Beaumont; and Noah Abercrombie and Olivia Abercrombie of The Woodlands; great-grandchildren, Adam Dunbar of Beaumont; Hayden Amanollahi of Houston, and Tucker Amanollahi of Waller; sisters, Bertha Everitt and her husband, Oscar, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Virginia Wood and her husband, Clarence, of Lumberton; and best friend, Brenda Adams of Tomball. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dumatrait.

A gathering of Mrs. Dumatrait’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Interment will follow at Frank’s Branch Cemetery, Fred.   In lieu of flowers, please make donations to M.D. Anderson Children's Cancer Center, P.O.
