Debby Dianne Rice Durney, 45, of Lumberton, died Tuesday, January 8, 2013. She was born on December 29, 1967, in Victoria, to Linda Inez McCarrell and Eddie Tillman Rice.

Survivors include her fiance, Byron Easley of Beaumont; children, Kayli O’Neal and her husband, Lance Sullivan, of Silsbee; Kassidy O’Neal and her husband, Jessie Clark, of Lumberton; and Tyler Durney of Lumberton; grandchild, Rylee Sullivan of Silsbee; parents, Eddie and Cynthia Rice, of Lumberton and Linda and Ralph Cowan, of Victoria; brother, Eddie Rice Jr. and his wife, Marie, of Nederland; sister, Laurie Williams of Lumberton; three nieces; and two nephews. 

A gathering of Debby’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 11, 2013, at Broussard’s.  Interment will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Steel Branch Cemetery, FM 1107, Stockdale, Texas.
