Judy Ann Lené, 55, of Beaumont, died Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born on April 29, 1957, to JoAnn Cummings LeBlanc and Alvin Joseph LeBlanc, Jr. Judy was owner and operator of Lené’s Nursery. She also loved to tend to her own garden. Judy was an avid reader of many books, loved to watch TV shows, and listened to music of all genres. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-six years, Terry Lené; daughters, Sarah Ann Lené and Lytonya Kelly and her husband, John IV; son, Lance Lené and his wife, Kat, all of Beaumont; grandchildren, Jasmine Kelly, Kabriel Lené, Julia Kelly, and Joey Kelly; mother, JoAnn LeBlanc of Beaumont; brother, Gregory LeBlanc of Houston; sister, Diana Ferguson and her husband, Gregg, of China; and brother, Dennis LeBlanc and his wife, Erin, of Gonzales, Louisiana.

A gathering of Mrs. Lené’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
