Chin Tran, 89, of Beaumont, died Monday, November 26, 2012, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont.

Survivors include her daughters, Vo Thi Can, Vo Nhu Mai, Vo Kim Anh, Vo Kim Tuyet, and Vo Tuyet Nhung; sons, Vo Khang, Vo Chau, and Vo Minh Hung; and sister, Nam Thi Tran.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ninh Vo.

A gathering of her family will be at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2012; Wednesday, November 28, 2012; and Friday, November 30, 2012, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.

A reception of Mrs. Tran’s body will take place at 5:30 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., followed by a Christian Vigil at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1115 Orange Street, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
