Emily Taylor Foux, 18, of China, died Monday, October 15, 2012. She was born on July 20, 1994, in Beaumont, to Leslie Pipps and Jason Foux, and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Emily attended Hardin-Jefferson High School, Sour Lake, and graduated from Premier High School, Beaumont. She is survived by her father, Jason Foux of China; mother, Leslie Pipps Foux and Martin Walker of Beaumont; brother, Kacey Foux and his fiancée, Veronica Vasquez; grandparents, Lee Wayne Foux, Diane Abbott, Lucien Pipps and Pat Pipps; great-grandmothers, Granny Foux and Granny Gay; aunts, Annie McNeely and Lisa Pipps; uncles, Ronald Pipps, Michael Pipps, Aaron Foux, and Seth Foux; niece, Izzy Foux; cousins, Hannah Fagan, Veloria Richards, Nathan Pipps, Elliot Pipps, Missy Jill Gibson, Bubba McCoy, and Craig Pipps; boyfriend, Denys Wade; and her best friends, her dogs, Super Nova-Star Stuff and Cosmos Sagan; and numerous other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Onnie and Pop Lindsey. A gathering of Emily’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 18, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 19, 2012, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at China Cemetery, China.
