Gregory Mason Ledet, 62, of Keller, formerly of Sour Lake, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012. Mr. Ledet was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and was a business partner with his brother, Dr. Leonard Ledet.

He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and barbecuing, but his heart was with his wife and children. Mr. Ledet was an Eagle Scout and very active in the Boy Scouts of America.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Janet Ledet; daughter, Erin Kelly and her husband, Scott; sons, Gene Ledet and his wife, Jessie; Sam Durard and his wife, Elyzabeth; sisters, Phyllis Lopez and her husband, Johnny, and Ellice Ledet; grandchildren, Samuel and Johnny Durard; and many dear friends and loved ones.

A Funeral Mass for Mr. Ledet will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2012, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 225 West Barkley, Sour Lake. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Sour Lake, with Military Honors by Southeast Texas Veterans Service Group, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
