Cynthia Ramsey Earhart, 53, of Beaumont, died Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born on January 28, 1959, in Port Arthur, to Edith Allison Ramsey and Charles K. Ramsey, and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Cynthia was owner of Buckeye Transport. Survivors include her husband, Jerald Earhart; mother, Edith Ramsey of Burkeville; brother, Ray Ramsey and his wife, Ruby, of Hamshire; nieces, Kerri Loiacano and her husband, Shawn, of Hamshire; and Amy Going and her husband, Richard, of Kirbyville; nephew, Rex Ramsey of Hamshire; step-daughters, Tami Kittrell and her husband, Walter, of Columbus, Nebraska; and Tonya Chiappetta and her husband, Donnie, of Bentonville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jessica, Justin, Joshua, Andrew, Shianne, and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Jaelyn; great-niece, Brooke Loiacano; great-nephews, Cash Loiacano, Chance Ramsey, and Patrick Going. A gathering of Mrs. Earhart’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Pine Hill Baptist Church, 158 Pine Hill Road, Leesville, Louisiana, with interment to follow at Pine Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Leesville, Louisiana.
