Reabetta Faggard, 91, of High Island, died Saturday, September 8, 2012, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.  Born August 3, 1921, in Beaumont, she was the daughter of Avis and Clearence Hall. Mrs. Faggard was a retired clerk for the United States Postal Service and member of the First Baptist Church of High Island.

Survivors include her loving son Bucky Faggard and his wife Barbara, of High Island; daughter, Lulu Dubois and her husband, Ray Lee; and son-in-law, David Snyder all of Longview; grandchildren, Karen Faggard; Brian Dubois and his wife, Amy; Amy Davidson and her husband, Michael; Lindsey Bowden and her husband, Devin; Jared Snyder; and  Lauren Murry and her husband, Jeffery; great-grandchildren, Marina Gonzalez, Allison Dubois, Katie Dubois, Karrigan Brown, Dillon Davidson, Katelyn Davidson, Landon Bowden, Colton Bowden, and Lilly Murry. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leslie Charles Faggard, Sr.; daughter, Reanne Faggard Snyder; and great-grandchild, Michaila Davidson.

A gathering of Mrs. Faggard’s family and friends will be Monday, September 10, 2012, 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her graveside service will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at High Island Cemetery.
