Connie Husar Leone, 57, of Beaumont, died Saturday, August 25, 2012. She was born on September 13, 1954, in Crystal Falls, Michigan, to Marlene Janice Laukkonen Husar and Frank Martin Husar. Connie worked at Helena Laboratory as an electronic assembly supervisor and later as bookkeeper for Leone’s Cycle Shop.

Survivors include her husband, Woody Leone; sons, Jeremey Jensen and his wife, Michelle, of Texas City; and Lance Jensen of Beaumont; granddaughters, McKynna and Laci Jensen of Texas City; mother, Marlene Husar of Babbitt, Minnesota;  brother, Martin Husar and his wife, Judy, of Appleton, Wisconsin; niece, Andrea Husar; and nephew, Jerod Husar, both of Appleton, Wisconsin.

She is preceded in death by her father; Frank Martin Husar; and father-in-law, Woody Leone, Sr.

A gathering of Mrs. Leone’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Broussard’s. Her committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
