David Wright, 57, of Nederland, died Saturday, August 11, 2012, at his residence. He was born March 10, 1955, to Eola Miller Wright and Lloyd Wright. 

David worked as a pipefitter and was a member of Local Union 195 in Nederland. He will be truly missed by his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Wright of Port Arthur; mother, Eola Wright of Nederland; granddaughter, Carli Wright of Dallas; brothers, Jessie Lloyd Wright and his wife, Earlene, of Kirbyville; Charles Wright and his wife, Pam, of Bon Wier; Glenn Wright and his wife, Linda, of Yardville, New Jersey; Harold Wright of Dallas; Kenneth Wright and his wife, Sharon, of Nederland; and Daniel Wright of Groves; and his lifelong partner and friend, Danette Wright of Port Arthur.

He is preceded in death by his father; and daughter, Stacy Wright.

A memorial service for Mr. Wright will be 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at Church on the Rock, 4940 46th Street, Port Arthur, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland. His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
