Matthew Thomas Huch, 52, of Beaumont, died of pancreatic cancer, on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at his home.

He was born on October 10, 1959, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Geraldine Clara Beimert Huch and Edward Charles Huch.  Matthew graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 1982.

Survivors include his children, Elise Huch and Luke Huch, both of Beaumont; sister, Toni Bost and her husband, David, of Beaumont; brothers, Nick Huch and Charles Huch, both of Houston and Philip Huch of Beaumont; nephew, Karl Huch and his wife, Kim, of Kountze; nieces, Erica Neville and her husband, Wesley, of Woodville; Lisa Bost of Pensacola, Florida,  and Andrea Bost and Regina Bost, both of Beaumont; great-nieces, Alyson Neville of Woodville and Audrey Huch of Kountze.

A gathering of Mr. Huch’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be at celebrated 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
