Silvern Thomas “Tom” Hannah, 80, of Beaumont, died on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Harbor Hospital in Beaumont.

Born December 1, 1931, in San Antonio, he was the son of Otilia Zaiontz Hannah and James Victor Hannah. Tom was a United States Air Force veteran and retired from the United States Federal Courts.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Hazel Hannah; daughter, Sharon Hannah; and sisters, Frances Libert and Bea Hannah.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Pat Doss; and brothers, Victor Hannah and Ralph Hannah.

A gathering of Mr. Hannah’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Sunday evening, June 17, 2012, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 18, 2012, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 5075 Bigner Road, Beaumont. Committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
