Charles "Chuck" Edward Page 
August 12, 1943 - June 11, 2012

Charles “Chuck” Page, 68, of Kountze, died on Monday, June 11, 2012.  He was born on August 12, 1943, in Carthage, to Anna Belle Pelham McClusky and Arthur E. McClusky.

 

Chuck was a United States Air Force veteran and retired from Mobil Oil Refinery as a mechanic. He was a longtime member of Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Lumberton and served as a member of the Knights of Columbus. Chuck enjoyed fishing, hunting, RV traveling, camping, and scroll woodworking.

 

Survivors include his wife, Carol Broussard Page; sons, Dwayne Page of Jasper and Brett Page of Lumberton; stepchildren, Robert Hart of Kansas City, Kansas, Damon Hart of Sicily, Italy, Sherri Hart Wood of Lumberton, Leah Page of Amarillo, and Amanda Page of Warren; brother, Joe McClusky of Centerpoint; seventeen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Page; and grandson, Coty Smith.

 

A gathering of Mr. Page’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with an ACTS Vigil at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 15, 2012, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 243 South LHS Drive, Lumberton
