Gaylen Wendell Troutman 
September 20, 1921 - May 27, 2012

Gaylen Wendell Troutman, 90, of Hamshire, died Sunday, May 27, 2012, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. He was a United States Navy veteran, having served in World War II, and was retired from Winnie Pipeline as a Cathodic Protection Engineer.

Wendell is survived by his son, Mark Troutman and his wife, Ofelia of Houston; daughter, Mary Jo Hall and her husband, Pat of Hamshire; grandchildren, Kristi Trove and her husband, Erick; Michael Hall and his wife, Kati; and Jaret Troutman; great-grandchildren, Brynn Trove, Melanie Trove, Weston Trove Timothy Trove, and Koby Hall; and numerous family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Troutman; and son, G. W. “Twig” Troutman.

A gathering of Mr. Troutman’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His graveside service will be at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Winnie.
