John Frank Riddle III, 78, of Nederland, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012, at Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. 

He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Patricia Riddle; sons, John R. Riddle and his wife, Jackie of Port Neches and James D. Riddle and his wife, Eugenia of Nederland; grandsons, James D. Riddle, Jr. (Dino) and his wife, Mandy of Nederland and Barrett Riddle of Port Neches; brother, Dusty Riddle and his wife, Helen of Houston; and sister, Mary Lou Johannessen, and her family of Warren. 

John is preceded in death by his daughter, Gail Barnette; and stepson, Will Wiggs.

He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. John was a United States Naval Aircraft veteran and served during the Korean War.  He retired from the Coca Cola Bottling Company in Beaumont.

A committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland.
