Frankie Beatrice Roebuck, 89, of Beaumont, entered into rest, Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Summer Place Nursing and Rehabilitation in Beaumont.

She was born November 5, 1922, to Maggie Bryant Brown and Frank Brown in Roganville, and had been a resident of the area for most of her life.

Survivors include her husband, Leroy Roebuck; children, Mary Ann Parker and her husband, Hershel, Barbara Green and her husband, Ruben, Leroy Roebuck, Jr. and his wife, Louise, and Paul Roebuck and his wife, Brenda; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Frankie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Dorothy Pate and Dimeree Frasier; and one great-grandchild, Kaylee Ann Fields.

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
