Karen Elizabeth Mouton, 51, of Beaumont, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at Christus Hospital Elizabeth in Beaumont.

She was born April 10, 1961, in Beaumont, to Barbara Ann Prebble and Daniel J. Mouton, Sr., and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Barbara and Michael Pollock, Sr.; father and step-mother, Daniel Mouton and Cathie, both of Beaumont; fiancé, Russell Richard; grandmother, Amour “Prebble” Geisen; brothers, Daniel Mouton, Jr. and Preston Mouton; sisters, Lorraine Mouton and Rebecca Gotreaux; half-brother, Philip Huddleston; step-brothers, Michael Pollock, Jr., Steven Pollock, Kyle Lumpkin, and Greg Lumpkin; and many nieces and nephews.

A Rosary will be recited 5:00 p.m., with a gathering of her family and friends to follow, Friday, April 27, 2012, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Broussard’s, with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
