Viola “Jackie” Klein Wilson, 88, of Winnie, died April 3, 2012, at the Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. She was born on May 24, 1923, in Beaumont to Arthur and Catherine Klein.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Gerel of Winnie; sons, John Wilson and his wife, Jonnette, Jude Wilson and his wife, Anna all of Winnie, Jim Wilson and his wife, Lynda of  Warren and Joe Wilson of Brenham; daughter, Joan Yost and her husband, Jason of Winnie, thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2012 with a rosary recited at 6:30 p.m. at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, in Winnie.  Funeral service will be ll:00 a.m. Saturday, at Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, in Beaumont  with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park , 4955 Pine Street in Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, in Winnie.
