Leslie Jayne Maxwell-Hyatt, 52, of Beaumont died Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Mrs. Maxell-Hyatt was the administrator of Beaumont Health Care Center for the past two years.

Survivors include her husband, Bill; daughters, Amber June Hyatt and Lisa Hyatt; grandchildren, Gabe Chapple and Kai Hyatt.

Her memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
