Hen Truong, 48, of Beaumont, died Monday, September 26, 2011.  He was born February 7, 1963, in Rach Gia, Vietnam, to Hieu Thi Le and Hon Truong, and had been a resident of the Beaumont area all of his life.  Mr. Truong was a self employed shrimper man.

Survivors include his mother, Hieu Thi Le of Beaumont; brothers, Ty Truong of Allen; Meu Truong of Beaumont; Sen Truong of Allen; Soi Truong of Houston; Luy Truong, and Quang Truong both of Beaumont; and his sisters, Huoi Truong of Beaumont, and Sue Truong of Houston.

His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Sunday, October 2, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with a committal to follow at Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive, Beaumont.  A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2011, and Saturday, October 1, 2011, at Broussard’s.
