Penny Ann Basham, 43, of Port Arthur, died Monday, September 12, 2011.  She was born March 16, 1968, to Vera Ella Gibson and Coy Basham.  Penny enjoyed playing guitar, traveling, and loved animals.   She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Yates of Port Arthur; sons, Jesse Basham of San Antonio, and Logan Ruff, Max Ruff, and Vincent Jordan Ruff, all of Winnie; grandchildren, Jade Yates, Raven Yates, Travis Tingler, Jr., and Tyler Tingler; sister, Judy Basham; brothers, Jessie Basham, Robert Basham, and Luke Basham; and numerous nieces and nephews.   Penny is preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Vera Basham; and brother, Mitchell Lane Basham.
