Greg Rabalais, 56, of Beaumont, died Monday, August 29, 2011, at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. 

He was born to Joyce Comeaux Rabalais and Leon Rabalais September 26, 1954, in Port Arthur; and had been a longtime resident of Silsbee before moving to Beaumont. He was an account representative with Coca-Cola and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Beaumont.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Rabalais of Beaumont; son, Kent Rabalais and his wife, Kristen of Lewisville; grandson, Drew Rabalais of Lewisville; mother, Joyce Rabalais of Buna; sisters, Rhonda Nequent and Brenda Webb both of Buna, and Ranella Enmon and her husband, Robert of Orange; brother, John Rabalais and his wife, Beverly of Buna; sisters-in-law, Connie Griffith and her husband, William and Nancy Butz and her husband, Steve, all of Spurger; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leon Rabalais.

His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Broussard’s.
