Mary Ann Kirk, 77, of Beaumont, died Saturday, August 13, 2011, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

She was born November 2, 1933, in Walden, New York, to Grace Haas Coykendall and Roy H. Coykendall, and had been a resident of Beaumont since 1982. Mary Ann was a retired teacher, and after retirement worked for Hancock Fabrics. She was a member of St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica.

Survivors include her daughter, Bonnie Loiodice and her husband, Larry of Beaumont; son, Dan Kirk of Beaumont; grandchildren, Lauren Melancon and Raymond Melancon both of Port Arthur, Alyssa Garcia and Barry Garcia both of Katy, and Tom Loiodice and Brandy Loiodice both of Port St. Lucie, Florida; great grandchildren, Thomas, Julia, Breanna, Kate, Mia and Jack; brothers, Art Coykendall and his wife, Ann and Roy Coykendall all of Walden, New York and Daniel Coykendall of Pine Bush, New York; and eleven nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive, Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
