Warren Broussard

Master Sergeant Warren Henry Broussard, 83, of Port Acres, went to be with the Lord August 5, 2011. Born September 12, 1927, in Port Arthur to Elsie Benton and Louis Broussard, he was a lifelong resident of the Mid-County area. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Thecla Ann Robicheaux-Broussard of Port Acres; daughters, Linda Hargrave and her husband, Keith of Fannett, Slyvia Petitt and her husband, Robert of Vidor, Wanda Broussard Egler and her husband, Jeff of Oklahoma; son, Bobby Joe Broussard and his wife, Christine of Port Acres; grandchildren, Jason Breaux, Justin Hargrave, Donnie, Benny and Kenny Tiller, Justin, Alex, Kaitlyn and Abigail Broussard, Joshua and Janessa Egler; great grandchildren, Katie Tiller, Angelica and Stephanie Adams, Zack Deenery, Jenna and Mason Tiller, Dominic and Campbell Tiller, Allie Broussard, Logan and Cameron Amous, Kimberly and Lynn Kellam; great great grandchildren, Buddy Kellam and Curtis Graydon; and brother, Cecil Broussard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church, 6412 Garnet Avenue, Port Arthur, with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland. A gathering of his family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2011, with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., at Broussard’s.
