Keti Luisa Ritchie, 81, of Beaumont, died Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont. 

Born July 23, 1930, in Quilpué, Chile, to Sofia Gomez Riveros and Miguel Riveros, she had been a resident of the Beaumont area for many years.  

Survivors include her son, Stephen A. Ritchie and his wife, Laurie of Beaumont; sisters, Adriana Riveros Diaz and Raquel Riveros both of Chile; brother, Miguel Riveros of Chile; and granddaughters, Amanda Ritchie Cox and Kathryn Ritchie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2011, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A Rosary will be recited 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2011, with a gathering of her family and friends to follow at Broussard’s.
