Loretta Mae Janes, 79, of Port Arthur, died Friday, July 15, 2011. Born on November 12, 1931, in Augusta, Kansas to Ervin Moser and Tina Jackson Moser, she was a resident of the Mid-County area for the last ten years, and a previous resident of Newton, Kansas.  Loretta was a charter member of Wesleyan Lighthouse Church in Groves, Texas.

She is survived by her daughters, Deena Triggs and her husband, Ken of Port Arthur, Vicky Senn and her husband, Marvin of Port Arthur, Kayla Jones and her husband, Steven of Milford, California, and Melanie Adams and her husband, John of Grandview, Missouri; son , Kenneth Stringer and his wife, Norma of White Water, Kansas; thirteen grandchildren, and thirty-five great grandchildren. 

Her memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2011, at Wesleyan Lighthouse Church, 2701 West Parkway, Groves, Texas, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12 Street, Nederland, with Reverend Derek Triggs officiating.
