Beverly Maria Fabre Fight 
November 28, 1943 - July 8, 2011

Beverly Maria Fabre Fight, age 67, of Port Acres, died at Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas, on Friday, July 8, 2011, after a courageous battle with Breast Cancer.

Born November 28, 1943, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Rodolphe and Martha Meaux Fabre, she attended Nederland High school class of 1962. Beverly worked the past six years for Eastham Forge Inc. in Beaumont Texas.

Beverly was a member of the St. Therese, Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church.  A great dancer, bowler and the best Maw-maw her five grandchildren could ever ask for.

Beverly will be especially remembered for her love of family, friends and her consideration for others.

Survivors include her husband, Kelly Fight of Port Arthur Texas; her son, Ronnie Sonnier, Jr. and wife, Kim of Beaumont, Texas; daughter, Dana Read and husband, Tracy of Brazoria, Texas; grandchildren, Heather Taylor and husband, Eric, Trace Read, Dale Sonnier III, Shelby Sonnier and Kellen McCracken; great grandchildren, Bryli and Baiyah; father, Rodolphe Fabre of Milton, Louisiana; brother, Rudy Fabre and wife, Linda of Peachtree City, Georgia; sisters, Katherine Trahan and husband, Chester, Charmaine Dupuy and husband, Chris and Lisa Noel and husband, Kenneth all of Louisiana; and numerous family members and friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Martha.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2011, at St. Therese, Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church, 6412 Garnet Avenue, Port Acres with Reverend Rejimon E. George, officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland.  A gathering of her family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2011, at Broussard’s.

Earl Richard, Herby Broussard, Luke Guidry, Ronald Richard, Michael Richard and Mark Richard will serve as pallbearers.

Reception will be held at St. Therese Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church following the Entombment.

Relatives and friends are welcome to come and pay their respects.
