Jana Lynn Johnson, 52, of Lumberton died Sunday, June 12, 2011, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.

She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a Registered Nurse, a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and an Occupational Health Specialist at Texas Petrochemicals, Inc. in Port Neches.

She is survived by her sons, Jason Boles and his wife Katelin of Kountze and Blake Hawkins, III of Lumberton; daughter, Kasey Hawkins of Kountze; grandchildren, Jaci Boles, Gavin Boles, Cooper Boles, and Adilynn Griffith; mother, Jackie Headrick of Lumberton; brothers, Jeff Headrick and his wife Debbie of Lumberton and Jody Headrick of Beaumont.

Jana is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Headrick.

Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 19, 2011, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road in Silsbee.  A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, June 18, 2011, 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
