Rose Lovoi Luparello, 95, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Calder Woods in Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of the Beaumont area, Rose was born February 19, 1916, to Jenny Daleo Lovoi and Joseph Lovoi. She was a retired pharmacist and original owner of Luparello Corner Pharmacy. Survivors include her sister, Lena LaRocca of Beaumont; daughter, Linda Sarman and her husband, Stan of Kingwood; son, Vincent Luparello and his wife, Kaye of Beaumont; grandchildren, Kimberly Benigno and her husband, Jimmy of Pass Christian, Mississippi, Tony Sarman and his wife, Grace of The Woodlands, Jessica Marks and her husband, Spencer of Alexandria, Louisiana, and Anthony Luparello of Dallas; and great grandchildren, Benjamin Benigno, Thomas Sarman, Aimee Sarman, and Sloane Marks. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Luparello; her parents; and four siblings. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2011, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Rosary will be recited 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2011, at Broussard’s. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys, Beaumont, Texas 77706.
