Dorris Frank Wilkinson, 90, of Colmesneil died Monday, April 11, 2011, at Kountze Nursing Center.  He was born June 10, 1920, in Colmesneil to Albert Presley and Bertha Wilkinson.  A lifetime resident of Colmesneil, he was a retired logger. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II.   Survivors include his children, Helen Latil and her husband Ronald of Sour Lake and Edna Schweitcer and her husband Ronnie of San Antonio; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.  

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Davis Cemetery in Colmesneil under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, prior to the graveside service, at Broussard’s.
