Gunvor Wuellenweber 
January 17, 1925 - April 1, 2011

Gunvor Wuellenweber, 86, of Beaumont, Texas passed away April 1, 2011, at home with her family and Compassion Hospice of Beaumont.    Bonnie was born January 17, 1925, in Stockholm, Sweden.  Immigrating to the United States at the early age of eight, she grew up in Chicago, Illinois.  She married William George Wuellenweber and they raised their six children in Imperial Beach, California.  Bonnie pursued a love of caring for her family, sailing, art, and cooking.   Survivors include her daughter, Kristina Mitchell and her husband William; sons, Glenn Wuellenweber and his wife Mary, Eric Wuellenweber and his wife Jerrie, Williams C. Wuellenweber, II, Mark Wuellenweber and his wife Barbara; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.   She is preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, William Wuellenweber; son, Timothy Wuellenweber; parents, Gustaf and Urda Peters; sisters, BoSustal Bockaut and Barbra Ripple; and brother, Birgit Peters.   She was greatly loved and will be missed by her family, friends, and the family pet, Sergeant Pepper.  

A celebration of her life will be Wednesday, April 6, 2011, noon until 4:00 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Kristina Mitchell.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont.
