Michael Shane Pulliam, 41, of Hamshire went to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ March 11, 2011.  Born December 30, 1969 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he was the son of Brenda Arnold Pulliam and Robert Martin Pulliam, Sr.  and was a driller and installer in the water well industry. Michael was described as always smiling, a good, giving, kind, hardworking, and honest man.  He enjoyed doing woodwork, hunting and fishing.  He loved his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cuba Michelle Pulliam of Hamshire; daughter, Kasie Michelle Pulliam of Lumberton; parents, Robert and Brenda Pulliam of Winnie; brother, Robert “Marty” Martin Pulliam Jr. of Houston; sister, Kimberly Pulliam Breaux and her husband Brady of Monroe, Louisiana; mother-in-law, Joyce Arnold of Mont Belvieu; brother-in-law, Ben Greer of Mont Belvieu; and nieces and nephews, Tyler Breaux and Keely Breaux of Monroe, Ashlyn and Madison Pulliam of Houston; Amie Greer of Seabrook.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie followed by burial at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday evening, March 14, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
