Marcella Thelma Carmona, 81, of Silsbee, died Friday, March 4, 2011, at Silsbee Oaks Health Care Center in Silsbee. A native of Beaumont, she was born on October 6, 1929, to Gertrude (Nash) and John Dominguez. Survivors include her children, Mary Carmona of Beaumont, Josephine Cruz and her husband Rudy of Vidor, Refugio Carmona, Jr. and his wife Kaye of Elkhart, Virginia Bernal and her husband George of Beaumont, John Carmona and his wife Carolyn of Village Mills, Victoria Elshire and her husband Gary of Conroe, Anthony Carmona and his wife Darlene of Lumberton and Linda Carmona of Beaumont; fifteen grandchildren, Cathy, David, Lisa, Shelia, Donna, Christina, George Jr., Christopher, Lori, Gary Jr., Crystal, Aimee, Amanda, Samuel and Joseph; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe Dominguez, Ernest Dominguez and James Dominguez; and sister, Theresa White. Her graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2011, at Broussard’s.
