Lucinda “Cindy” Anne Youngs, 75, of Beaumont died Saturday, February 26, 2011, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.  She was born November 15, 1935, in Jackson, Mississippi to Roy and Hester (Thornton) Faulkenberry.  A Beaumont resident since 1963, she retired as a librarian with Bingman Elementary. She was a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church.   Survivors include her husband, Don Youngs of Beaumont; daughter, Susan Brown and her husband Rick of Beaumont; son, Rick Youngs and his wife Joy of Jasper; grandchildren, Hillary Brown Cabeen, Rachel Brown, Derrick Youngs, and David Youngs; great grandson, Scott Strickland; and numerous cousins.   She is preceded in death by her parents.   Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3430 Harrison Ave., Beaumont with entombment in the mausoleum at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A gathering of her family and friends will be Tuesday, March 1, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m, at Broussard’s.
