Lynn W. McGlothin, 82, of Nederland died February 8, 2011, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.  Born June 15, 1928, in Many, Louisiana, the daughter of Josie Belle Small and Clyde Nesom Wyatt, she was formerly of Many, Louisiana and had been a resident of Nederland for the last ten years.

She is survived by her sons, Jack McGlothin and his wife Lea and Scott McGlothin and his wife Karen all of Nederland; daughter, Suzanne Hudson and  her husband Randy of Nederland; grandchildren, Ryan Hudson, Ashley McGlothin, Lindsey Parigi and her husband Chris, Blaine McGlothin, Kaleigh Wortham and her husband Jake and Leigha McGlothin; step grandchildren, Lyndsay Thomason and her husband Clay, Kari Noble and Maggie Noble; great grandchildren, Jayde Wortham and Avery Giuliana who is expected in March; and step great grandchildren, Aidan and Mason Dyson and Preston Noble.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd H. “Mac” McGlothin, Jr.

Her funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2011, at Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland with Reverend John Hebert officiating.  A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Broussard’s.  Graveside services will be 12:00 noon on Friday, February 11, 2011, at Fort Jessup Cemetery in Many, Louisiana with Reverend John Hebert and Reverend Glen Fleniken officiating.
