Gardner Byrom 
May 24, 1927 - January 26, 2011

Gardner Byrom, 83, of Crystal Beach, Texas, died peacefully at his home on January 26, 2011.

 

He was born to Buck and Lela Byrom of Beaumont, Texas on May 24, 1927. Gardner resided in Crystal Beach area for many years with his wife Barbara who preceded him in death in 2008.

 

He is survived by sister, Flora May Byrom; children, Jami Peppo and her husband Scott, Kelly (Tenny) Byrom, and Steve Chatterton, Thomas Chatterton, and David Chatterton and his wife Debra; twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. In addition, he leaves behind many others whom he counted as family.

  We are inviting all his family and friends to gather and celebrate his life on Saturday, January 29, 2011, at the Stingaree Restaurant in Crystal Beach between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

 

Cremation was under the direction of Broussard’s in Winnie.
