Alberto Castillo, 25, of Beaumont died January 19, 2011 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.  Born June 13, 1985, the son of Maria Evelia Sifuentes and Mario Castillo, Sr., Alberto was a lifelong resident of Beaumont and a 2005 graduate of West Brook High School.

He is survived by his parents, Mario and Maria Castillo of Beaumont; brothers and sisters, Mario Castillo, Jr., Manuel Castillo, Aracely Cruz and her husband Jose Pedro Cruz, Arlene Castillo, Alicia Castillo, and Anna Castillo all of Beaumont; grandparents, Paz Sifuentes and Justina Castillo both of Mexico; nephews, Eric Cruz, Jaime Cruz, Aidan Cruz, Joaquin Cruz, and Alexander Cruz; and niece, Yanet Cruz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a. m. Monday, January 24, 2011 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church followed by burial at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.  A gathering of family and friends will begin Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 5:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
