Ralph Wayne Hall, 66, of Lumberton, Texas, died Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at Village Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lumberton. Born January 6, 1945, to Dessia Norwood and Ralph B. Hall in Leesville, Louisiana, he retired from Cloeren in Orange where he worked as a tool and die machinist.
He is survived by his wife of thirty three years, Jerry Lynn Hall of Lumberton; sons, Shawn Hall and his wife Christy of Winnie and Eric Hall and his wife Stephanie of Laguna Hills, California; daughter, Michelle Byrd and her husband Lee of Lumberton; brothers, Maurice Hall and his wife Peggy of Lubbock and Glen Hall and his wife Kay of Buna; sister, Anetia Merrell and her husband Ronald of Vidor; grandchildren, Tara Byrd, Haley Byrd, Hannah Hall, Meghan Hall, Cody Hall, Kyle Hall, Ethan Hall, and Sarah Hall; nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, J.D. Hall and Ronnie Hall; son, Steven Hall; and grandson, Hunter Hall.
His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Lighthouse Worship Center, 880 West Cardinal Drive, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January, 21, 2011, at Broussard’s.
A family committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
