Matt Lambert, 26, of Warren died on Saturday, December 11, 2010. Matt was born on March 27, 1984 in Amarillo, Texas to Guy Wayne and Shelly Kay (Chase) Lambert. A graduate of Sulphur High School he was an assistant driller for Diamond Petroleum in Houston.

Matt is survived by his father, Guy W. Lambert, Jr. and his wife Kristen of Warren; his mother, Shelly Easterling and her husband David of Winnsboro, Louisiana; his brothers, Chase Lambert and Ty Lambert both of Warren and Cody Easterling of Winnsboro; grandparents, Wayne and Harlene Lambert of Fritch, Texas, Janet Burke and Ronnie Chase both of Amarillo; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze with Reverend Troy Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Allison Cemetery in Warren. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
