Dianne Bailey, 58, of Kountze died Sunday, December 5, 2010, at her residence.  She was born July 24, 1952, in Silsbee to Garnett Shelton and Nancy Elizabeth (Lindsey) Bailey.  Dianne lived in Houston many years before moving to Kountze in 2003.  Prior to retiring in Kountze, she worked at various medical facilities in the Houston area including the Veterans Administration, Baylor Medical, and DeBakey Heart Institute.

Survivors include her daughter, Dana Leigh Uncapher Garnett and her husband Corey of Katy; brothers, Don Bailey of Kountze and Gary Bailey of Jackson, Mississippi; sister, Elizabeth Sechler of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010, at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze with Reverend Jeff Pittman and Reverend Glenn Sechler officiating.  Burial will follow at McKinney Cemetery in Kountze.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at Broussard’s.
