Randall Phelps, Jr., 90, of Lumberton, died November 28, 2010, at Dubuis Hospital Beaumont. Born in Louisiana, on January 31, 1920, to Auby (Dempsey) and Randall Phelps Sr., he was enlisted in the Army Air Corp and retired from the United States Army after twenty-three years of service. He is survived by his four sons, Derek Phelps of Dallas, Kevin Phelps of Lumberton, Randy Phelps of Nederland and Michael Phelps and his wife Susan of Lumberton; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A family committal service will be held at a later date under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive, Beaumont.
