Deloris Colleps Beyer, 82, of Beaumont, died Sunday, October 31, 2010, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.

She was born December 22, 1927, in Hamshire to Dora Lynn and Cordell Colleps and had been a resident of the Beaumont area most of her life.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-five years, Werner Beyer, Sr. of Beaumont; daughter, Shirley Lothamer and her husband Kurt of Fort Wayne, Indiana; grandchildren, Layne Beyer of Beaumont, Hannah Lothamer, Jacob Lothamer and David Lothamer all of Fort Wayne, Indiana; sister, Dimple Read of Beaumont; brothers,  Dale Colleps of Beaumont and Derrill Colleps of Silsbee.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, W.L. Beyer, Jr.; brothers, Dallas Colleps and Delmer Colleps; and sisters, Ida Skinner and Daisy Kluna.

Her memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 4330 Crow Road, Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium.
