Jarrett M. Golightly, 63, of Beaumont, died Thursday, October 28, 2010, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

Born July 20, 1947, in Haworth, Oklahoma to Elizabeth Brafford and John Monroe Golightly; Jarrett had lived in the Beaumont area for forty years and was a local business owner of an auto glass and upholstery shop.  He was a United States Army veteran having served in Vietnam and a recipient of the Purple Heart.

Survivors include his spouse, Judy Storey of Haworth, Oklahoma; sons, Todd Golightly of Collinsville, Oklahoma and Michael Golightly of Beaumont; sisters, Sheridean McMahan of Jones, Oklahoma, Maribel Golightly of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Janice Palmer of Luther, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Dylan Golightly, David Golightly and Abigail Golightly.

His memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 2010, Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium.
